We live closest to this McDonald’s. Almost every single time we go here, they get it wrong. Today was no different. They gave me spicy nugget pucks instead of regular ones. They were too spicy for me to even eat — I tried one. And they were chewy and old tasting. Horrible. They forgot the other dipping sauce for my husband, which is typical for them. Do they not have a competent employee who checks the orders before they go out? So frustrating! And money is hard to come by in this economy. I don’t have money to waste on their lack of ability to provide the correct orders. And they don’t answer when I call. We will have to inconveniently drive to a much further store off Kelly bc they actually don’t F it up.

I wish there was an option to rate zero stars. At times, the focus should shift to processing orders for customers waiting inside, rather than solely prioritizing the drive-through. Waiting 15-20 minutes for small fries and 20 nuggets is unacceptable.

My recent visit to McDonald's was incredibly disappointing. After paying for my food, I was instructed to pull up and wait for my drinks. Upon pulling up, I was greeted by a lady who I assumed was the manager. She mentioned needing to change the bag for my drinks and to return promptly. However, after waiting for 20 minutes with no sign of my drinks, I had to leave my car, retrieve my daughter, and enter the restaurant to inquire about my order. Despite presenting my receipt and politely explaining the situation, the manager's response was dismissive, stating she had to change the bag as previously mentioned. This prolonged delay made me question the efficiency of their operations. Furthermore, when I mentioned my order for an Oreo Shamrock Shake, the manager seemed unaware of its existence on the menu, adding to my frustration. Finally, after another 8 minutes, I received my drinks, with the food now cold. The lack of customer prioritization and the manager's indifferent attitude left me feeling unsatisfied. Although I considered returning the food, the prospect of further delays deterred me. I hope McDonald's takes steps to improve their customer service and train their staff to prioritize customer satisfaction.

03/16/24 @ 11:00 Stopped at this place on my way home coming back from Tulsa. When the person answered the mic on the drive thru, instead of a greeting he said...."yeah?" I placed my order and drove to the second window as instructed. The drive thru window was open and all I could here was a guy in the back screaming and yelling about how he "hated this job" He said there was 30 cars in the drive thru to whoever he was talking to and at that time, besides the car that was in front of me that had just pulled away, there were 2 other cars behind me...so not 30, but 4. I don't know how many pulled up behind once I got to the window. Like I said, it was open, which is not a good idea at night. He kept yelling and said F&%k this job as I saw him walk by. He never made eye contact or greeted me. I decided to leave and stop at the other McDonalds that was closer to my home....didn't get food there either. It was the one on Danforth and Kelly in Edmond, OK. I wouldn't recommend this place with people like this working there.

Quick service & friendly employees. The drive-through went above and beyond for me today. When loading my app number, the system glitches. Instead of making me wait for 15 minutes, they used their own personal number to make it work. Sadly that glitched out as well but they figured a work around. Thank you for saving me time.

Best McDonalds in Edmond, period. Great workers, people care about doing well. Workers seem alert and fairly happy. Service is on point always. Manager is kind and sharp. Food always tastes ahead of most McDonald’s in OK… I’ve been to 1 other which tastes just about as good. Thank you staff for your hard work excellence ?

My family and I have eaten at this location for years. I've never had an order error or issues with employees. The dining area always seems pretty clean. When the order kiosks were installed, I thought it was the beginning of the end. However, I have come to really like them since I can take my time ordering without holding up people in line. I usually get in and out pretty fast.
