Closed for good? It's been months, hope they can resolve things and reopen. Definitely closed though. Was great food when it was open.

They're shutdowned for now, don't know when they will reopen. The food for lunch price is great value, they do have some staff changes since last time I visited and there's room for the improvements. You have ask the staff to order additional plates instead of they will come to check on you frequently like my last time's experience. In general, it's a good place for a hot pot lunch, the parking spaces are another issue they have but not much they can do about it. Try to avoid their lunch peaks time and you should be able to get a parking space.

Came back to Mưu Shabu and had an amazing lunch. I was so impressed with them this visit that I decided to give them a perfect 5 stars review. What made it so great was the meat. For some reason, the meat on this particularly visit was top notched. In terms of all you can eat hot pot, Mưu Shabu took the number 1 slot for me now.I would recommend choosing soup option number 2 (black soup?). It's the best for me. I would recommend getting the wagyu beef. It's definitely their best meat. With their beef, just make sure to not overcook it and it will taste great. For meat use the black source but ask for sugar, garlic, onions, and chili pepper to add to it. The sauce tastes so much better after you added those condiments. For vegetables use the white sauce to add a more buttery taste. I highly recommend getting the mushrooms. I would also try the fish filet and shrimps since it's all you can eat but the wagyu is a must try. The service has always been good. The only hiccup is sometimes they forget your order so you have to remind them which is reasonable since there are so much you could order at the same time.

Superb quality in all the offerings. Had a variety of meats (top quality in all - pork was exquisite) Broths are delicious! Excellent and friendly service. We went on a Sunday which is Dinner Only....what a treat it was! Will be back

It is right next to the UPS I always go to. I never paid much attention to it. But I was craving something different so I just looked up places to eat and this place intrigued me. I haven't been to a hot pot place before. I took my son and my Dad. We had a lot of fun and the food was so good. My son is obsessed and it's his favorite place to eat now. He thinks it's so awesome he gets to cook his own food. The owner is really nice and friendly. It was a great experience and we will be back often.

I recently visited a friend in Oklahoma and she brought me to Muu Shabu for lunch. The hostess was very friendly and efficient and it didn't take long for us to have a full spread of food in front of us. The soup broth was amazing, the dipping sauces were super flavorful and delicious. We ate until we couldn't eat another bite ... and then we ate some more! And the matcha ice cream at the end... was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. Can't wait to return to Okc jUST to eat here again.

We had a great time here and the food was so good, I’ve had Korean BBQ and fondue but this hotpot has been my favorite by far. The food was very tasty and the service was great. We really enjoyed the wagyu and the thin mushrooms. I wish I had taken pictures. We can’t wait to go back. We went in the early afternoon and they were not very busy.

Delicious always, I think they need more servers. It's hard to see one person tailor an experience for 20 people, its a lot of work for one person. The server(s) do a great job though, they're helpful and give you space to have a full personal dining experience. It's great for a first date or even going to cook yourself dinner without going to the grocery store to buy all the supplies for a good hotpot. You get amazing quality food for your money, with lots of side options to make it your taste.

Exceptional shabu shabu / hot pot place with truly excellent prices where you can get a ton of value, e.g., high quality meats, vegetables and appetizers like gyoza, agedashi tofu, takoyaki, Ike salad (which was great) for a bargain amount ($15 for lunch, $35 for dinner). They also split the menu up into different categories, and their garlic fried rice is simply amazing. They even give you a promotional stamp card where you can get the 10th meal free, and if you collect three cards you get a 10% discount for a year! Very highly recommended if you are in the Edmond area!

My husband and I had dinner there yesterday. The food was good with the Chinese broth and sesame sauce. However the staff was not attentive and there were only two witnesses serving, which was especially not appealing when you had all you can eat. Because it made it hard to order the second round. We had to wait long to order each time. And the appetizers we ordered at the very beginning were served the last. I wound sincerely suggest the restaurant either hiring more people or offering self-service options like ordering on your phone. I will not go back unless I really crave the food again. Luckily in okc there are other hotpot places which offer good food as well as good service.

My husband and I came here on a Sunday for a late lunch and it's definitely one of the best places we've been too out here since moving from CA!We got the sukiyaki and Chinese soup for our base and both were really flavorful! The umami the sukiyaki broth had was delicious (it was surprisingly more flavorful than the place we loved back home). The meat choices were also fresh and great quality. We got the kurobata pork, tontoro pork, and wagyu. Great marbling on the wagyu! We also ordered the gyoza and takoyaki for the appetizers, the gyoza was crispy and the takoyaki was very flavorful.I can't forget about the sauces of course, their sesame dipping sauce was so flavorful and tasted amazing. We will definitely be back here and likely will become regulars hehe

The staff at Muu Shabu are very attentive and ensure the customer gets the best experience possible!Great selection of broths, soups, very fresh meat, seafood and vegetables. Sauces are homemade and made from scratch. You must try the seaweed salad. I have never tried it before but now it's one of my favourites!I will be back! Thank you for a great experience ?

My partner and I took my niece here for her 8th birthday recently, and it was a fun experience! I was a little worried for her to do the whole hot pot thing by herself, so I helped a bit to make sure she didn't get burned or anything. This was our first time trying a place like this, and I'm glad it was a memorable experience for us all. The service could have been quicker, but they seemed understaffed and some customers weren't giving them much grace on trying to get the plates out. With the 90 min time limit, people definitely try to get as much as they can within that to get the most of their money. Glad the children's price was significantly lower than adult, although I'm pretty sure my niece ate as much as we did! Happy to have tried this out and am no longer a hot pot virgin!
