Man o man! Its been a bit since Ive been here. I saw a posted photo of the "loaded lox" and had to get it! Lets say it was DeLICIOUS. So delicious that my husband went two days later to get it. Its the lox bagel, add sprouts and cucumber. Simple, fresh, and delicious! Try it!

Understaffed and undertrained. Two very slow people trying to figure out how to work the register and how to make the bagels. There are ten people waiting for their orders and have been for quite some time. So sad been a huge loyal fan for YEARS!! I hope the bagels are good if they ever arrive……. Okay so the food gets here and the bagels are not what was ordered. I ordered three times and it was still wrong they still were wrong. The guy tells me he is new and the someone walked out they are trying to figure it out. I am leaving this post in hopes someone sees it and gets help up here

With so many different locations of Old School Bagel Cafe to choose from, my family and I will never come to this location again! The staff was some of the most unfriendly people I may have ever met. From the women taking our order acting like us being there was a huge inconvenience, to a different employee tossing our food to us across the table. To top it off their soda machine was supposedly out of order and to get a water we had to purchase a bottle of Kirkland (Costco) water for a 800% mark up cost of $1.50. We were not the only customers who took notice and commented on the lack of helpfulness and outrages drink prices. There are so many other amazing Old School Bagel Cafe locations, I suggest to try one of those instead!

This food is gas. I eat here occasionally but love there food. The bagels are about as good as they get. I would recommend getting a takeout order as it can sometimes be busy. Wish they would change up the menu maybe but you can customize anything just the way you want so I like to get creative. Good stuff.

On May 6 at 7:30 AM I tried to place a take-out order from this old-school bagel café. The man who answered the phone asked for my phone number so I gave him my phone number and then he said I was just Louis and I said yes and then he said or Louise and then started to laugh and was very rude I took offense to this. I do not recommend the store because their customer service is lacking and I do not condone rudeness to customers. I will not recommend the store to friends or family!

Any of the breakfast sandwiches are great, and the turkey club on Asiago cheese bagel is awesome. Dining room is open now good sandwich shop!
