First visit was on Memorial Day 2023 and the service was very slow. Decided to give it another chance on a random Tuesday night. Took over 5 mins to be seated and then we were ignored for over 10 mins. There was only one other table occupied in the non bar area. Got up and left after being ignored. Just can’t give my business to someone not willing to earn it.

The food is okay tasting. Definitely not the greatest and very overpriced for value. Drinks are tasty and creative. Service was very good. I sat at the bar for late lunch on a Sunday. The male bartender was very nice and helpful. The chicken taquitos had meat that tasted kinda yucky and cheap.

Decided to give this place another try after my first visit, which was my last disappointment from here. Same issues as before. The customer service at this location is a joke, and the food is barely to par. I didn't even get to try the food this time as I was never seated. No acknowledgment what so ever that I was standing at the front. The only person working, seated 2 different groups in front of me, then proceeded to take another tables order as I stood at the front waiting. Put some help on the floor before you run yourselves out of business. I'm not giving this place a third chance.

I'm giving them a one based on service and food... given we showed up 30 minutes before close...I ordered (only) guacamole , but all I got was avocados mashed up and I probably would have gave more stars if the waitress wouldn't have acted like she didn't know what goes in guacamole...she literally told me she doesn't know what goes in it and you work there...

This is the cleanest restaurant I think I've ever been in. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I will definitely go back.

Small portions, rice was crunchy, had the bar side only open for some reason and it was cold and drafty. Service wasn't the best, had to ask for salsa refills and the waitress was slow. My first time at that location and I will NOT be going back. Vibe was bad!

Crystal was our server for dinner. She was amazing! She brought us lots of fresh hot tortillas, kept our drinks full and brought our dinner out pipping

On Wednesday night, I ordered a take out order over the phone for my husband to pick up on his way home from work. The lady that I spoke with seemed to be in a bad mood, but I didn't think much of it. My husband picked up the food about forty minutes before closing. When he got home, I opened the back and noticed that there was no sour cream or guacamole with our fajitas, and the two extra sides of guacamole that i ordered were also missing. We lived about five minutes from the restaurant, so my husband went back up there to get the sides. His experience was less than ideal. When he got there, the woman appeared annoyed that he was back. He told them what we were missing and was told they were sure that I was in the bag. He told them it wasn't, and the woman working seemed reluctant to give him the missing items. He told me she seemed to be in a bad mood while the guy who gave him the order didn't seem to know what was going on with it.He was eventually given the items but was given one less guacamole than we ordered and one more sour cream than ordered. He didn't want to cause a problem, so he took it and left. He noted that there seemed to only be two people running the restaurant and that there was one customer inside. After he got back to the house and we started to eat, we noticed that the steak fajitas meat was mostly fat. The fajita meat was barely cut, and we had to eat around the fat, which made it difficult to eat on tortillas. The vegetables and the queso that we ordered were perfect, and the guacamole was fresh.I understand the frustration of being short staffed, but I feel like this could have been handled better. It seemed like the woman working thought we were just trying to get free stuff. As for the food, it was disappointing that the main part of the meal was a challenge to enjoy. I'm not ruling out eating here again, but I won't be ordering Togo in the evenings anymore.
