The best Bánh Mi!! The bread is to die for and the veggies taste amazing. But the butter steals the show! The people are so nice and the atmosphere is low key and comfortable. Fun dining experience I highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: My 6yo loves this place!!
The food is exceptional and fresh, and the restaurant is clean. The only thing preventing a five star is the time it took to get our food. They got super busy right after we ordered and their kitchen was a little overwhelmed. Even with the wait, the food was worth it. Definitely will be going back.

Wow. Paris Banh Mi is my latest obsession! It is a beautiful representation of French influence of Vietnam. The food is unbelievably delicious. Baguettes have a crispy exterior with and soft and fluffy goodness on the inside. Today, I’m trying the beef stew. Tomorrow, will be a PHO day.

Delicious! My favorite is the chicken bahn mi sandwich. Crispy bread is perfect! And i always have to get a Paris By Night drink. It’s always good, the restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere and the staff is always so sweet and accommodating!

In 2018 we went to Vietnam for a week. What an experience! The biggest reason was the food and the people. Specifically the Bahn Mi sandwich and pho. Ever since that time I’ve been on a hunt to find them stateside. Who would have thought you’d find authentic Vietnamese food here in Edmond, OK! 10/10!
