Leslie was the one to help me and my associate. Told her I never been before she explained what options there are and some of her personal favorites. Made sure we got what we wanted. Came over to explain wings are made fresh per order so it might be a bit but it came out crazy fast and man it was so good. Service was great, food was great, prices good… so all in all I’ll be bringing my team with me next visit

It's a shame that this restaurant in Edmond actually has decent food (that's a rare find in Edmond) and yet terrible customer service. I've learned not to go back, at least to this location. Maybe another location has more experienced people, but honestly, I won't give it another try. Companies are going to learn one day what to look for when hiring people, and they will also pay employees enough to at least be somewhat happy at their work. I don't know what's going on with this location, but I'm not sticking around to find out. Trust everyone I know will find out about this locations treatment.

The chicken is pretty good! I feel like the tenders are a little small but you can definitely tell they are real and fresh. I get the Korean BBQ sauce and it's very good. The red velvet Oreo shake was super good too! I recommend it.

Don’t waste your money, CHICKEN STRIPS WERE ENTIRELY TOO SMALL. Size of nuggets, basically the same size of the wings. The cut corners and tax the meals. Way over priced. Atleast the service was good. Chicken strips too small!

My aunt encountered hostility and rudeness at the drive-in, and when she spoke to the manager inside, another staff member displayed unwarranted rudeness. One of the staff members, told another customer, he could go to another business, since it was so busy. Customer service matters, and it's disappointing to witness such behavior. As an influencer, I believe constructive feedback is essential. It's crucial for businesses to uphold a positive image for customer satisfaction. Additionally, part of my order was missing, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. Hoping for improvement in the future.
