One of two Sonics I actually go to, burgers don't taste burnt, but I'm a bit wary on the tots after my most recent trip there, they tasted like they were only partially cooked.

We went to sonic on one mission. And that was to relive our childhood. I saw that the Furbies were the kids toys for the kids meal. In remembrance of when I was a young girl, we hopped in the car and made our way to this sonic. We got there, and were unfortunately told by the by the really nice car hop person named Olivia that they were unfortunately out of toys. I was sad. no, I was devastated, but she offered a soda pop to appease my broken heart, and it helped. Thank you for making my day!

They always get the order wrong or forget to give me all the items I paid for,I’m so tired of their incompetence. I pay for items they don’t give me. Then wait half an hour after driving back to their store to maybe get the correct item on the second try.I’m done trying with this place.Signed,Former customer

Sonic is just a memory from the past at this point they should just scrape ALL of the locations because they are all equally bad. Getting into the tech area and having an order online option doesn’t make it updated or efficient. Paid for extra vanilla and extra cheese received none this has happened 3x and I will go back to not frequenting this establishment. Seems like all locations have ex cons or drug addicts working what ever it is they definitely do not care about quality, you won’t even get what u already paid for. And then the tip options on the app WHY WOULD I TIP WHEN I CANT EVEN GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!! Pay your employees a living wage so they might actually care about what they are doing so the patrons can get what we paid for! Annoying!

I didn’t get my water. I was waiting for 30 minutes for a WATER! This is ridiculous. I told my therapist about this and she said to write a negative review so nobody has to experience this abuse. Unacceptable.Parking: It’s nasty atmosphere.

The evening shift at this location is just terrible. Everytime I go there my tots are undercooked, my burger is so laden with grease that it soaks the bun, side items like mozz sticks are never fresh, drinks often taste off. It's right by my house but I can't continue to waste my money here. Carhops are nice, food is awful.
