The best Starbucks locations in Edmond. My wife who is disabled and in a wheelchair with oxygen never feels judged at this location. The ladies who work here are very polite to her and treat her with kindness and respect. And she says she feels seen for more then just her disability which means a lot because we are constantly getting stares out in public.It can get busy at times but we have never seen it crazy busy and drinks are always made in a timely manner. The ladies that work this location are always friendly and helpful and never give us attitude when we keep asking for extra sugar packets or cups of water. They do a nice job of keeping this location clean and the two public restroom stalls are always clean and large enough to be wheelchair friendly. There is even a corner with comfortable padded chairs in addition to the regular starbucks table and chairs. There is outdoor seating available on the east end of the building with plenty of seats around a single large table.The bagels and burritos at this location are well prepared and always fresh. The barista's do a great job of not burning or over toasting the bagels.Parking: Parking lot is shared with a bank, but plenty of parking seems to always be available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps are present when accessing the building from the parking lot. The layout is open enough to maneuver a wheelchair around and the restrooms are large open single stall rooms that allow for the maneuvering of a wheelchair within the bathroom.

The Employee's helped me pick what I wanted and were overall super friendly! I'm not a regular Starbucks-goer but I had a gift card and it was an overall good

This is by far the slowest, most inefficient Starbucks I have ever been to. 9/10 times my order is wrong. The service is awful, even including the manager. If they have more than two cars in the drive thru, it becomes a 20+ minute wait for your order.. and the service goes from bad to downright unwelcoming. I expect better from Starbucks.

For some reason all of the stores here in Oklahoma that I have visited have either been missing Chai or lemonade, I cant tell you the last time I have actually gotten the drink I have ordered. I get the weather has been cold and we had snow last week but it was a dusting thus I do not see how a disting effects stores recieving shipments. This store in particular was missing lemonade therefore they could not make my drink, then the drive thru was more than 6 cars long so I wasnt going to sit there for nothing. It is a distribution issue not a store issue. Starbucks here in OK giving these stores product needs to figure it out or overstock the stores with product because im getting sick of paying $8 for a drink thats not what I wanted but had to compromise for to not waste time.

I went in drive thru on Sunday morning and ordered hot mocha and black coffee, when I went to the window they gave me white mocha and I told that I didn’t order white mocha, and the black girl at register was very rude about it and I heard telling other employees that “they’re trying to get a free drink”. Everyone makes mistakes but don’t accuse people without knowing.

Just ordered my drink without cinnamon and it even says on the order tag no cinnamon yet there’s cinnamon in my drink. What if I was allergic? Thankfully I’m not but I have friends with cinnamon allergies. I am allergic to milk however and even when I’ve requested milk substitutes like oat or almond they’ve still occasionally put real milk and I’ve had allergic reactions. Honestly just upsets me that they can’t take 2 seconds to read the tags of the drinks they’re making. I don’t know if it’s management or they need to train some of their baristas better but it would be nice to have a coffee that wasn’t either a hazard to me or didn’t taste watered down.
