We ordered on the app with special instructions for a Philly and a tuna on the two for one deal. We picked up the sandwiches and drove 10 miles home. The Philly had no cheese on it and few vegetables even though I asked for double. The sandwich had bacon and ham on it mixed in the beef. The sandwich had not been toasted.I took pictures of this mess. When I called I was told they made a mistake and they would make me another. That is twenty miles round trip for their mistake. I don't think so.

The manager that took over last year does a good job.Clean resturant,friendly helpful employees and good fresh food.ill be returning here to spend more money on sandwiches.

I have only one complaint about this Subway. I get the wheat bread usually but on occasion i get Italian(white). The past 3 times I ordered the white bread it was so dry it flaked little pieces all over me with each bite. It was rather tough also. Other than that I truly like this Subway. I eat there 2-4 times a week.

I don't know who trains these employees but that are not trained well at all. I worked at one of the busiest subways in the nation when I was 18yo. 2 minutes is all the time we were allowed from the time the customer walked in the door till they sat down with their food. It took 20 minutes for me to get one sandwich made. Not only did it take that long but they used at least day old bread maybe older. Also I was the 4th person in line when I walked in. This has happened multiple times now during lunch. You got two people working lunch and one of them it was their third day. If there was a manager there I didn't see him or her. If he or she was there then you need to get your a.. out of the office and help with the lunch rush. Only reason why I go here is because it's the only sandwich shop close to my work. Please properly train your employees so that they can be successful. It's not their fault they are all over the place. If my experience ever changes I'll change my star rating.

The lady assisting my wife today was as racist as she was disgusting. She stuck her hand in her pants to scratch and then grabbed the bread with no gloves. Then had the audacity to give my wife a look of disgust while grabbing her money to accept payment. We are never going to the establishment again and we are definitely calling the health code inspector.

How hard is it to include the turkey on a turkey sandwich?!? SERIOUSLY! I got all the items I ordered on my Turkey and cheese... EXCEPT for the TURKEY!! And then when I tried multiple times to call the store, it automatically hangs up!
