We love this Whataburger! They all are so friendly, food is fantastic and management are the best. So clean inside and out. We stop here Everytime we travel back and forth from South Dakota to Texas and back home again!

First, I was the only one in the drive thru, yet it took a good 5mins for anyone to even acknowledge me and when they did it was to tell me to wait an additional few more minutes. When the guy who looked like the manager took my order (I saw him when I got up to the window), I ordered the #1 with cheese and the #13 (chicken strips), both with large fries and medium drinks. Whenever I got to the window and saw the receipt said medium fries, I waved the guy who took the order over to the window and told him the issue he said, “well I took the order and I didn’t hear large.” Instead of just fixing it, he denied it. When I got the order, there was a medium fry with the cheeseburger meal and a large fry with the chicken strip meal. Since I only paid for medium fries because he wouldn’t fix the order, I just accepted it. When I got home, I realized I had only gotten 2 1/2 chicken strips (see pic below.) Like, what? If I wanted 2 chicken strips then I would have ordered the kids chicken strip meal for HALF of the cost. From having to wait forever to even place an order in the drive thru, to the order being wrong, to the manager-looking guy wanting to argue, and the food not even being complete, that’s ridiculous and way too many mistakes for one order. And this is NOT the first time I have encountered problems with this location. It’s just the first time I’m posting about it.

Molly S. did a nice job taking our order and the burgers and shakes were very tasty. The Operating Partner, Cameron, was exceptional - very friendly, funny, and outgoing. I watched him handle another customer's issue with efficiency and courtesy. He also did a great job when half a bus load of college baseball players came in - quickly organizing a system to take all their orders and get them served as quickly as possible. It was refreshing to see someone do a great job with such a positive vibe. Well done!

Not worth the 8 minute wait for the grilled chicken sandwich..Ask for extra ketchup in drive thru, I get a total of 2 spicy ketchup that's it.

The chicken wings I got smelled so bad, there's no way I could have eaten them.. the french fries were cold and limp.. so spent almost 13.00 on my strawberry soda.. that was good. The other stuff got thrown away.The last time I went I got biscuits and gravy. The gravy was just like water so I just ate the biscuits. So needless to say I won't return back to this Whataburger again. I wonder why they have so many people working if nobody's doing their job.

We waited 25 minutes for cold fries & disappointing burgers. Give me a Culvers.
One wing was covered with sauce. Some had no sauce on them at all. Didn't get a fork, napkins or straws in the drive through. Fries were cold.

Seams everytime we go in Noone is watching the front. Always have to wait a long time for our food. And this morning someone was sleeping I side. It was 10am..
