Starbucks has always set the standard for timely & efficient service. This location needs to be shut down immediately. THIRTY-TWO MINUTES in a drive thru lane and they didn’t even make the drinks correctly. The worst part is an actual corporate trainer was on staff, Sunday, May 12th actually training someone. ???? Your leadership is upside down and you need to rehire. El Reno is a disgrace to the Starbucks franchise. Save your time, money, and tastebuds and just go up to Yukon, friends!

I love the Starbucks in Yukon they always know my order and make it just the way I like it they are great I would recommend this store to everyone

Went in this morning and waited almost 15 mins for my drink, and then it wasn’t even hot. The 5 girls behind the counter seemed to all be in a state of confusion. There is no leadership in this place and the employees are more concerned about chatting and screwing off than they are about serving the customer. You are better off driving to Yukon for a coffee. I hope management gets control of this location and soon

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, I love this place! The staff members are always incredibly kind, I understand working a new job that’s also in a new building can be very hard to adjust to so I always appreciate the effort these sweetie pies give regardless of the bad reviews some people have left on here, I hope to see this place thrive and continue to make people happy ❤️Ps. My weenie dog is a BIG fan of the pup cups!

Not only did I get a joke of a sandwich, as you can see.. but they only had the tomato and mozzarella to choose from and it was only 1p.m.I’ve never had such a bad experience at any Starbucks in my life.

Placed order yesterday, picked up order one drink was wrong. Went back to get it replaced. Got home. Still the wrong drink. No phone number to call. Went back today. Started to explain what happened and the manager just walked away. Ignored my complaint completely. Staff then proceeded to make the drink, which I paid for wrong again! Not getting off to very good start.
