Walked in at 8pm and the worker yelled from the back that they’re closed, but the door was open and there was a guy and his kid eating in the dining area. The sign on door says open 7 days a week from 11am-9pm and so do their hours on google. Find some reliable workers to run your establishment and know how to update your hours and signs. BASUDA

We walked in the door with a smile and happy the food smelled great the lady looked at us rolled her eyes two other customers left complaining I said wow to myself why is she looking at me like that as though I were black and then I proceeded on because I had to try that cherry cheesecake stacker I've never had one and the food was smelling even better and better she never spoke I said hello 3 times I stood there she kept rolling her eyes she picked things up and moved them around waiting for us toleave we place our order still never spoke or said 1 word to us so we finally stood there and I counted to 19 and then I did it again and she still never spoke we were 6-7 feet apart we walked out and went next door to wingstop

Flies all over cutting board.... horrible customer service. Red head female is too rude añ rushing me to order. I don't like that. Decided to leave. I mean totally disgusting. I'm watching 2 flies playing on the knives ... This is GROSS

Today at 5:15 pm, July 25, I walked into Billy Sims to make an order. There was no customers in the store and 3 employees behind the counter. 1 employee was talking on the phone and the other 2 where making a plate of food. I stood behind the counter waiting to be served. At no time was I greeted or spoke to. I waited for approx 5 minutes and still no one even tried to take my order or acknowledged I was even there. At this point, I didn’t know when I would be helped so I left. I wonder how long Billy Sims we be open with help like that.

Great bbq!!!! Only negative thing I have to say is, there isn't a franchise in Alabama where I'm from!!! But glad I found this place in Enid Oklahoma. It's a little bit pricy but worth it for the portions they give and great tasting bbq.

Typical barbecue joint with above average food quality. There were three sauces to choose from. The "loaded" potato salad was delightful.
The smell in the restaraunt is to die for! Love their BBQ everytime we go!

The food was sub par abd the staff made me repeat my order over and over for all 3 staff behind the counter and it was for just 2 dinners. Not worth the time and stress

Brisket was very dry. Definitely under seasoned. We got the ribs too those were ok kinda like a chilies or Applebees type rib not what you expect from a bbq joint. Would not recommend. Also got no cutlery with the meal when it was delivered to the hotel.
