Servers are horrible everytime. Never check on guest. Never check to see if food is correct. Charge for sauces you never get. The servers NEED retraining. Love the food but not worth going bc of service.

Terrible service. After someone else brought our food, I had to go find the waitress to request silverware. We had just ordered a appetizers and were planning to order more food, but the waitress NEVER came back to the table. We were in the bar area, ordered drinks, but once again, she never came back. She could have at least brought us some water so we had something to drink with our food. We got frustrated and had to hunt down the server to get the check. The mac and cheese is terrible, has a really bad aftertaste, I only ate 1 bite.

Went to get To-go wings on bogo night, I was told it'd be buy one get one free wings, but after waiting over an hour to get my food, being ignored by Burto who said he would be back to take my order and give my brother an ETA on his food, I was told they didn't do buy one get one free for takeout and the manager Burto wouldn't honor what his employee had told me, he has no idea how to treat customer issues and I do not not take back the harsh words I said to him.
