We drove 2 hrs from Kansas to enjoy the Golden Chick. The food was as good as ever but the customer service was amazing. The Manager on Duty, Dustin, personally corrected a minor issue with our bill that we would not have noticed. We appreciate his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Great work Dustin ! We will be back soon.
The tenders are super small now. They used to be bigger.

We took my son home to Enid yesterday and he said this place was good, so I had to find out for myself. I absolutely loved everything I ordered! Chicken was juicy and flavorful, roll was amazing and mashed potatoes were great! I'll definitely be back next trip down! We are from Kansas and we don't have a Golden Chick, but we need one! Stop in and try this place out! Definitely recommend!

I was shorted an order( a chicken tender salad and two tenders) awhile back! I filled out the survey and the woman called me and was very nice. Said she was the manager! However , she neglected to say that she would only make this right within the next two weeks, as I was told today. She never said anything about a time frame…tried to get it today and they said no and then mentioned this two week thing. I like their chicken, biscuits and okra , but the mashed potatoes are bleh…
