The worst service I have received is that the some waiters are not professionals, you arrive at the place and they do not attend to you. The service is super slow and when the food arrives it is incomplete., And if you order to go they don't even have plastic bags and it's not the first time this is the third time that they don't have plastic bags, That's just imagine nine services, spoons, forks, sauces, gravis, all in my hand and in the pockets of my clothes because they didn't have plastic backs. Then we wonder why many businesses close their doors.

Waited for over 20 minutes at the door with no acknowledgment. Asked for the manager who was not visible. I asked why she wasn’t assisting her help and she stated it was an administrative day. Several customers came in and left because of no contact or service. We came in two days before this visit and the same experience happened. We left and went to a different restaurant. My father in law wanted to give it another try so we came back. This restaurant will not be open for long if things don’t change in a hurry. Once seated, We did receive our order fast. The food was good as always.

The first time we went it was on a weekday at lunchtime and there were two people ahead of us waiting to be seated. No one came out and eventually they left. We waited a while and eventually we left too. The second time we did not have to wait long. The hostess was very nice, however, her teeth looked really bad. I only mentioned this because it concerns me about the hygiene of the facility. My waitress had long fake nails with rhinestones on them. Another concern about the hygiene. Her fingers even touched my husband’s bacon as she handed him the plate. She also carried the plates of food without a tray and had my husband’s touching her stomach. His waffles were rubbing up against her shirt. I asked for some hot syrup and got warmed up syrup in the little containers that hold the condiments. I’m not sure if those are supposed to be heated. Anyway, I asked for more butter because I only had one dollop for my three pancakes. The waitress came back with cold packages of butter from the fridge, so I couldn’t use it. The pancakes were separating and didn’t taste like any IHOP pancakes I ever had. I was very disappointed, as you probably can tell.

1 hour after we sat down and got our orders taken, we had still not received our food or drinks! Waiters were extremely rude & were more interested in talking and playing around in the kitchen than tending to their customers. We left and will not be back. Very disappointed with this place.

Bad service and the manager was very rude, I ordered online and they didn't have what I ordered, according to what i order they were going to replace the dish with another one and at the end they wanted me to pay again for what I had already ordered online, the manager said that she was not going to give me my food If I didn't pay, obviously I wouldn't pay ( I had already paid online) why i have to pay twice?they didn't give me my food and they didn't even give me my money back, so they keep the food and the money.

We enjoyed IHOP. The waitress was very sweet very professional. How all waitresses should be.
Ordered 2 hot chocolates. They were warm. Ordered 2 Colorado omelettes and biscuits and gravy. Omelettes supposed to have onions and green peppers. There were none. Were told if they were out of items, they just didn't put them in. Should have been told that. Not hot either. Also eluded to language barrier. No excuse. Biscuits and gravy terrible. Biscuits like paste. Gravy like water and no flavor. Waiter was very good and nice. He gets 5 stars. Needless to say we won't darken that doorway again.

I this server named Preston. I'll tell you what, he's down to earth, attentive and respectful. Probably the best server I've ever had. He definitely belongs in a 5 star restaurant. Food was decent but that service, top notch!
