The accuracy and the service has really improved. I now enjoy coming here knowing my food will be decent and accurate.

The food was really good. They have a person working who made the experience really awkward. I think she was new so it makes sense why I had the experience but I felt if she had better training she would have been more confident with what she was doing. I will definitely be back for the food tho!

Nice sandwich shop chain. Plenty of options. Order at the counter, post your order number at your table, and they bring you your food. Sandwiched and salads are very good. Employees are very friendly and helpful and patient. There is a drive thru and delivery service. Plenty of parking in the lot out front. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable, clean restaurant. We liked it.Vegetarian options: Plenty of choicesDietary restrictions: There are optionsParking: Not an issueKid-friendliness: Very friendlyWheelchair accessibility: It is accessible

Somehow, it’s hard to make a sandwich in a place that mostly only serves sandwiches. They usually don’t put every ingredient requested, and the meat is always piled up in one spot, and it causes the whole sandwich to just fall apart/ veggies slip out. It’s really not that hard to properly layer everything down in a timely manner. Just thinking the management needs to do a better job with quality control. Especially if you’re paying $15-20 on something you could’ve have made at home. Not to mention, the people taking your order always seem like they’re in a rush and annoyed by any additions/specifications.

I got the 12" french dip w/ extra cheese, with a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup and a brownie. The sandwich was delicious as always. I highly recommend. The soup is usually really good but this time didn't have the flavor it usually has and was served barely warm. I ate it cause I was in a hurry.

Everything was as close to perfect as it could possibly get. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. The whole experience was noteworthy, I can honestly say that in the future I will make McAlisters my number one option.

My blt was awful. Mostly bread and lettuce. 5 or 6 crumbles of bacon. Little sliver of tomato and avocado. The food didn't cover the slice of bread.

I love McAlister's. And my favorite meal usually includes their BLT-A. Unfortunately the Enid store just cannot seem to get it right. Twice in the last few weeks, I've gotten this sandwich. Both times the bacon was just a clump plopped in the middle of the bread (this is how it comes about 90% of the time at this store) and the greens and tomato slices are everywhere. This is annoying, but I'm used to it and just take it apart and reconstruct it. I'm also somewhat accustomed to getting only 2-4 very thin slivers of avocado, usually all on one half of the sandwich. However, this time was an extra special trip in that, as you can see from the photos, the avocado looked especially appealing. What possibly made it worse (yes, this was possible) was that for the first time ever, the service I received was much less than stellar. I caught the attention of a young lady in a management shirt and showed her my sandwich. Her response was "Oh." That was it. I maintained meaningful eye contact until she finally said "I guess you'd like some better avocado?" To which I responded, "That would be lovely." Her response? To go back to the kitchen and return with the replacement avocado in a bowl. No friendliness. No apologies. No offer to replace the sandwich. (Which wasn't necessary, but would have been nice.) She just set the bowl down with the not as bad avocado and walked away. McAlister's can usually be counted on for excellent service. Just not this time. Fortunately another young lady walked by a few minutes later, asked if I needed anything and apologized for the two servings of avocado she could see. The second time, last night, I ordered the BLT-A without the A. At least I only had to deal with the clump of bacon and messy construction. Service was as good as I've come to expect. Oh, and I did get a second opportunity to observe the same young lady from my previous stop while I was in the store. For the twenty minutes or so I was eating my sandwich and broccoli-cheddar soup (another fave), I got to watch her stand flirting with a male customer for fifteen of those 20 minutes. I'm hoping she got a date out of it.
