Not impressed at all, this location food tasted 10 better growing up than what it does now. The chicken was not cooked at the right time and the shake was way to thick to even suck through the straw. If I could give a zero star review I would.

It is undergoing some sort of change and half the stalls are out of order or being used for pickups or online orders which doesn't seem to be very helpful considering there's never more than 1 car parked on the east side..

I don’t like to complain because everyone has bad days but this is the third time I have paid for extra chili on my foot long coney and barely get a smear on the bun. Can’t imagine what it looks like without extra chili! Had a big bag of onion rings but no ketchup! The one on Owen k Garriott west knows how to make them! I guess I will just drive across town if I want one next time! Very disappointed in the food. The servers are friendly and actually ran out and brought me my onion rings last time. No complaints there just a bit chintzy on the chili in the kitchen

How this place has 3 stars, I'll never know. Have you ever had an ENTIRE order made wrong? We did today. It was extraordinary how poorly everything was done. We ordered a Route 44 Vanilla Dr. Pepper and a Large Strawberry Root Beer (Basically, Dr. Pepper with one ingredient added and Root Beer with one ingredient). What we GOT was a Large Strawberry Dr. Pepper and a Route 44 Vanilla Root Beer.Ok, fine. Drinks aren't that big of a deal, but wow. I also ordered Chili Cheese tots and I got chili cheese FRIES instead. They don't even advertise chili cheese fries! They literally went out of their way to mess this up. On top of that, we get a cold corndog and soft pickle fries.Good lord. This place needs an exorcism or something.

If I could put zero stars I would! I ordered two orders of pickle fries and what I received was a big fried ball of pickles! What a waste of $10!!!!
Needs a major upgrade. Half of the stalls are out of service due to inop screens or card readers. Their mobile app is also down a lot at this specific location. But, the food is decent and the service is good. Annoying that the app is constantly down, though, as you then can't take advantage of the app exclusive discounts.

Worst sonic in town. Just paid for a Butterfinger blast with 90% ice cream. Was told you have to ask for the whip cream. Like blasts aren't already over $4. Two weeks ago I buy my child a Jr Frito wrap. No chili in whatsoever. My sister lives very close refuses to come here. They always "forget" wacky pack toys.
