By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It took 30 min in line for drive through to finally obtain my ONE drinkReally need to re-evaluate the workers there or change the manager who is oblivious to how slow the workers are. Not sure how it is making money. Probably the lowest revenue Starbucks in America with that speed.

I come to this Starbucks almost daily. I had issues with 2 frapps I got today. The mocha frapps did not taste like mocha but only coffee. I asked for a remake and was told by Kacy that it was a waste and she would only remake 1 of the 2 I paid for. I guess customers and their business don't matter. I will let the manager and her boss know about this terrible customer service. So much for the Barista Promise !FYI per corporate, “Our Barista Promise: Love your beverage or let us know. We’ll always make it right,”

Very unimpressed with the service. I displayed my 50% off coupon to the barista as instructed by the app and the barista said he could not use it without a code. A code is not provided on the app. It simply says to show the barista to redeem. The employee seems uneducated on his job.
