Took a brief hiatus from Subway on willow...went back the other day and was appalled by the lack of customer service and appreciation...the employees acted like they didnt want to be there, the "manager" was rude...it was like "what do you want? Here it is. Now get out!"The food sucked and the entire experience was ruined for me...Seriously doubt I or my family will ever go back to a subway in this area

Worst location in Enid. Employees Shawn and melonie have very poor to little customer service. While ordering our food more people walked through the door and I heard melonie make a negative comment about the rush of people. Our food was ready to be paid for but instead of cashing us out the employee walked back to the food station and starting taking and making another customers order while we just stood there. We Tried using a coupon and melonie refused to type it in for us. Said we have to place our order online. At this time it was 8:45 and online ordering stopped and we wasted our time trying to pay online. I tried asking Shawn to honor our coupon and he said he wouldn’t. We went to the car and I called another location who told me they can honor the coupon on the pos system. I went back inside to tell Shawn that the other location said they are able to honor the code. When I walked in Melonie was eating our sandwich on the customer line and Shawn got rude and said that he’s not honoring nothing and raised his voice saying I was rude. I asked to talk to a manager and he told me there wasn’t one. When I left I called the other location and got information to contact the store owner in the morning.

I tried one of the new menu, because I couldn't find my favorite on the menu. Was surprised by the spice. It was good, except for my recent ulcerated colitis diagnosis. Just another item that is in my personal do not eat list. Would recommend to someone else.

Ordered my sandwich online for pickup and when I got home and unwrapped it looked like they just threw all the ingredients together and wrapped it. Paid for double meat didn't get it. Sandwich was poorly prepared.

Surprisingly consistently a disappointment. Go to the other subway across town. This one never has cookies and sandwich quality is sub par. As much as I love getting one mouthful of all onion and one mouthful of pickles that were not on my order I will elect to drive 5 minutes across town to the other subway if I want any.

Terrible service the lady who attends at night has a terrible bad attitude, she grills the sandwich and opens the cheese or whatever she grabs with her hands, throws it as if it were garbage, the truth goes to another place with the truth, I do not recommend it Going at night the lady does not have ducause because she takes her job with a corjae because of the fact of being alone the fault is not of the clients she understands that she is alone but it is not for her to be so as she hates her job seriously, lady yes You do not like your work, let someone else do what you clearly know that you can't do it, stop messing up the restaurant just because you don't know how to do your job this people don’t know how do I good job
