Waited for the car in front of me at the window for several minutes. When I finally was able to pull up, I Waited for 2 minutes before the window opened. I asked where my food was and he said $10.90, I told him I wanted to see my food as I did not see anyone bring food to the window. He reached over and picked up a sack that was sitting there. As I said nobody brought it to him. which means it was there before i pulled up. I gave him my $20 and asked why my food sat for two minutes before he opened the window? This Arby's has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The managers need to correct this issue before it gets even worse. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT YOUR COMPANY

Older store lobby not clean soda machine was in need of replacement ice machine in lobby not working. Very disappointed with Arby's inside dinning. Needs new

If for some reason you cannot live without a roast beef sandwich on the way through town then go here. Otherwise? Half the times i go here they are out of ingredients. Roast beef? Coke? Dr pepper? Hoagie rolls? Nope, try again. If you enjoy trying to make a meal out of what they have on hand, you may also get the same effect going through your fridge. Disappointing and the staff looks like they are about one last straw from starting a brawl. I won't be coming back, this was after 10+visits so not a one off occasion. Management needs to get their priorities in order.
