This place has some of the most amazing ice cream I have ever had! My husband and I had to get 3 different flavors because it was so hard to decide! My absolute favorite was the cookie butter cookie dough! It was out of this world! The other treats looked amazing too, like the pies and cookies especially the giant samoa cookie! The owner Sarah was so sweet! We will definitely have to come back when we come to Guthrie!

I can't say enough good about this shop. The owners of the shop are absolutely some of the friendliest people around. It's a mother/daughter duo and they seem to work very well together. I had the Italian sandwich with a cup of home made chicken dumpling soup which were both knock-outs. A beautiful case full of sweet baked goods as well as a full ice cream bar. I could have spent my pay check in there. If the cinnamon rolls taste even half as good as they look, they'll be a home run. Excellent job, ladies! 11/10!

I fairly recently found this bakery, and it’s so amazing! Everything is priced well, and tastes and looks delicious too! I like to get the ice cream, but recently I’ve been interested in the baked goods! And the people who run it are all very nice, especially Ms.Sarah! We stopped by recently and were very happy with the place. We bought several sourdough blonde brownies, a very nice scone and a loaf of rosemary garlic bread. The store was very nice, and everything was reasonably priced. And everything tasted fantastic! We will absolutely be stopping by next time we are in Guthrie.

My family and I were so happy that this new bakery opened. Not just because they have good food but more importantly because they have several good gluten free options. We have three GF people in the family so finding desserts is hard, especially in small town Guthrie. The ladies there were extremely friendly and helpful. A white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was a sweet surprise for my 17 year old’s birthday. Boxcar Bakery surpassed my expectations and was a delectable delight! Expertly crafted and savored on our special occasion! We look forward to ordering more delicious goods soon! This cheesecake was made with not only ingredients, but also with love and that is clearly evident! I also have to mention the pasta salad I picked up for lunch. Another gourmet creation that will certainly have me returning to try the other tasty options offered!

This is the best bakery with the sweetest owner. Not only do they have spectacular deserts, but fabulous sandwiches and savory items. The best part is they have multiple gluten free options that actually taste good! If you’re celiac then you might be careful as there could be cross contamination with the other non-gf items but the taste is incredible for both the cupcakes and the Brazilian cheese bread.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options

The owner of this establishment was super adorable. We sampled ice cream,snickerdoidle cookies and left with peanut butter bars, red velvet cake and German chocolate cake.Omg, the cakes were mouth watering . The red velvet still one of my favorites, it was absolutely divine. I definitely will be coming back for ice cream cones as well, but I couldn't resist a good dessert.Go stop by and support this new business,you won't regret it.
