I was gone for a year and stopped by to see family while moving and twice the pizza was delivered squished to the sideI called and complained the 2nd time it happened and he asked if credit would be fineThe next day when trying to place an order we couldn't find where so I calledThey told me over the phone that my gf was "jumping up and down trying to get a spider"Yet she didn't do that nor did the driver even give her the pizza when she went to take a PHOTO of a spiderSo they messed up our order twice and blamed it on my wife while refusing to correct their mistakeIf she WAS "jumping up and down with the pizzaWhy isn't there any sauce or grease on the top of the box?

Not Only did they not honor my Bluejay card but when I've ordered 10+ times before there has no problem with it. So instead I order online only for them to call me right back to tell me they no longer have a driver. Lost my business for sure. That's some pretty childish games for a place of business. Funny they never said they couldn't deliver when I called the store like always because of the blue Jay card. Smh

Used to be my favorite pizza place in Guthrie. Now it's consistently horrible! Last 3 times we've ordered pizza from there there's not cheese even covering the whole pizza. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 2 times but I'm done now. I'm not paying $30 for this pitiful half thrown together pizza...

If you’re in Guthrie, just order dominos. The guy on the phone heard my street name and interrupted me saying I live in Oklahoma City, I do not. This street runs all the way through the state. I’m 8 minutes down the road and was attempting to order a few hundred dollars of pizza for a party this evening. I stated Guthrie, Ok multiple times with the zip but the guy refused to put it in. He wrongly concluded my location before letting me finish. I hung up and ordered dominos. Horrible customer service, get a translator.

This was our first time getting from here and all I can say is it'd well worth the drive to come here to get pizzas we live a hour away an when we got home the pizzas were amazing still hot and fresh and the staff are beyond sweet and polite we will be coming there again .

Unfortunately years ago the Indian owners wouldn't accept the Blue Jay school fund raiser coupons you know for the kids so we don't go there no more and I wish Pizza Hut would open back up ? leave godfather's we loves yes sir

Pizza sauce was no more than just SpaghettiOs sauce out of a can,thin and watery. Center of crust was soggy, I can honestly say it is the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever had.

Simply to start closing procedures.If this is the way Papa John's wants to do business they wouldn't allow online orders to go through 30 min before close.Spoke with Tim the store manager. Did not seem to care at all. Absolutely no Courtesy what so ever.Sad to see someone so lazy and not want to work. This is the life you choose Tim, stop being miserable and find your calling in life because restaurant management isn't for you.

The manager/owner of this place is so unprofessional and rude.We would constantly talk over me, tell me it "wasn't his problem" extremely rude and nasty.If his attitude is this disgusting I can't imagine the environment he prepares food in.

They keep a clean place and staff are what you would expect from a fast food pizza place but there pizza is never properly cooked.

We ordered a new Shaq pizza and after taking it home it was not well made. It is a very thin and no sauce pizza that tasted just as bad. Called the manager and he was very rude and told me I had to bring the pizza back to the restaurant because it was just my opinion that it was bad. So I drove back and the manager didn’t even speak to me. His employees were great though. They helped me out and corrected my issue by making a new pizza. Be careful with this location.
