Kenneth was an awesome car hop. Car hopper? Either way. Dude needs a raise. UNLESS he was the one responsible for portioning of my delicious onion & cheese tater tots. I completely understand if there is a regional shortage of tater tots. Now instead of sharing with friends and family I've got to hide in this dank dark musty storm cellar only sharing a few crumbs with the dog so he doesn't give away my position.

Didn't complete my order and when I said so. " I will ring that up" Cool I said. Near ten minutes later I walk up the the door and asked if I could get the Dr. pepper that was shorted on my order. I was talked to rudely and was told to wait outside that they would bring it to the car. Well okay cool at least I got the order in. After what seemed like three of four minutes I just left. Spent a half hour for two cheese burgers and what was supposed to be two drinks. My 82 year old grandmother didn't get hers. She was the one how told me to leave. Our order came out quickly, but the box of fries was barely 3/4th full. I wanted to complain, but had my two special needs kiddos and they are not good at waiting.

Used the app to order 2 drinks, cherry limeade and an Arnold Palmer(half lemonade, half sweet tea). Drove 2 miles after submitting order, pulled into a stall, put stall number in app, 2 to 3 minutes later app and menu board said carhop was on the way. 7 to 8 minutes later pushed red button to see where the drinks were as they hadn't arrived. Reply was, we are on the way, 5 minutes later it showed up. Horrible for 2 drinks. I would steer clear of this sonic if you want anything in a reasonably timely manner. Close your doors as you are not fit to carry the Sonic name!

I couldn't get My order to go thru, so I went thru the Drive thru window. Very Nice Blue Eyed Young Man helped ME out!!!I got Meet'ed and Greeted Nice Manos, with a SmIlE - meanwhile listening to everyone inside from the Cook to the Car Hops, plenty of Personalities and having a lil FuN behind closed doors (from the Public).Jobs are Very Stressful, especially the Food Industry!!! So that with enlightening!!!Come to give out the Young Gentleman was the ""District Manager!!!"" How Nice..?Parking: Very clean parking lot, to be right off 23rd Street..

When you ask on your burger no tomato and no cheese and then you leave and then you get home and there's tomato and there's cheese when you're allergic to something maybe they need to pay a little bit better attention to their their service and what's been put up on on their monitor especially when they read it back to you three
