One star because they only got my drink right. I ordered a chicken sandwich an fries. On the chicken sandwich I told them absolutely NO tomatoes or pickles. The sandwich was loaded with pickle slices and they gave me tater tots instead of fries, also the chicken was overcooked. Not sure I ever want to eat there

We placed our orderWaited 20 minutes did not receive our order .Everyone in our group that order received their meals also people that placed way after our received theirs. Went back to the intercom asked where our order was . Was told that our order was deleted due to shift change and employees placing their order and taking other orders also that their manager recently quit.They said the would remake our order .Then when we received it ot wax still wrong.

The guy that took our order was very abrupt! When we ordered popcorn chicken he said, "We're out!" No I'm sorry but we're out. Also when asked if they offered a senior discount it was another abrupt, "Nope!" This store is in Jay, Oklahoma. We also waited almost 10 minutes before anyone answered the call button.

Ordered a 7 piece of the new buffalo chicken bites and only got 5. Ordered 3 wacky packs and didn't get any of the sides or drinks with any of them. Ordered 4 small shakes and all 4 were almost completely melted.The guy who fixed our order was not our car hop but he was very nice and I wish I had gotten his name. He was quick to fix the issue and apologetic.

ordered two large sodas using the app. it took more than 15 minutes for a carhop to shuffle his way to our car. WE were the people that said thank you in that transaction.I don't know how your shop has managed to go from bad to worse, but congratulations. Your customer service has sunk to new lows.
