The food is a 3/5 service is a 4/5 overall the place is great! If you are in jay you should stop in and eat but look at your bread before you eat it once mine had mold growing on it so I just threw it away. That was the worst part of subway in my opinion The food is good but look on the bread before you eat!!

The food was good. Unfortunately my order (out of 4 people dining) was wrong. But the female employee who made it said she was sorry. Then the male employee told her that she needed to make me the right sandwich and she did. They weren't busy. We were the only people there until when we were almost finished ordering, another diner came in.Parking: There was enough parking with wheelchair parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There was wheelchair parking and the business was wheelchair accessible. The door was wide enough to enter, there was enough room between tables and there was a wheelchair accessible table

VERY UPSET!!!! I worked a 12 hour shift and went to pick up a couple subs Saturday night 10/1/2022 and they closed AT LEAST 10 minutes EARLY!!! I pulled in at 7:48Then to top it off was laughed at by the employees that they were closed! I've been in food my WHOLE life until now ... THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!!GM , District or Corporate need to get ahold of me!

Every time we get sandwiches from the subway, we are insured fresh and crisp ingredients. Their bread is freshly bait and the employees are very careful with the assembly of the sandwiches. I would recommend the Subway in Jay, as they do a great job!
