I've tried to eat here 3 times and haven't been able to because of the wait. I spent over an hour waiting on 5 cars in front of me to get through the drive through lane the first time. Finally had to leave because I was going to run out of gas before I'd ever get my food. Tried ordering in the app the next 2 times, they pulled me forward both times even with no other cars waiting behind me only for my order to get lost and they act like I just magically appeared. I was actually able to get my money back the last time on my order. I know it's new, but the management replacing.

Third time eating here, Food quality has been consistent between staff, service is good, no complaints for a drive up.Two out of three times here they didn't have coffee so that's worth considering.For dine in the furniture is highly assorted. Not uniform or well themed.I'd really rather the terminals be an open design rather then closed. They face eachother kinda boxing people in and putting us back to back.All very easy fix and common with new locations hopefully this new store does well enough to see improvements.Vegetarian options: Have a green V emblem on the order buttonDietary restrictions: You can fully customize nearly everything to be exactly what you want.

Overall I was not impressed. There were three men there that had uncovered facial hair. One of the men was really scruffy. I was not impressed with him hovering around the table making foodand the fryer I wondered how much of the facial hair fell in the food. Needless to say I will not be going back to the Taco Bell in Jay
