I’m not sure what happened to this location. But it’s horrible! We first started going, the food was amazing and had lots of flavor. The staff were friendly and welcoming. After a few months of not going in, my kids and I went in today. Country music was super loud (we are NOT country music fans so this was a massive ick for us). The heat was turned up so much it felt like a furnace in the building. And worse, the meat was so dry and unseasoned it was begging for any kind of sauce to cover the dryness. The Mac and cheese was dried up begging for more cheese sauce. The staff were unfriendly and acted as if you were an inconvenience when checking out. This location has went downhill since fall. I’m not sure where the guys were that cooked, but they need brought back. The women today were not cutting it. Especially with the food.

We called in an order from Dallas Texas area for our boss who was in Oklahoma for her mothers funeral and placed a big order for 25 people with short notice. Marco was absolutely wonderful in giving us a quote and taking our order. Super friendly and nice! Dulce was the one who took our payment the next day and she was a joy repeating back our order and correcting any changes.The family raved about how delicious their dinner was and we truly appreciate it so much! You helped us help them take a huge weight off their hands and I will recommend you to anyone visiting that area. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

Great Service!! We called 3 competitors stores to get 7 lbs chicken, 6 lbs pork & 2 lbs sausage within an hour, noone could accommodate us except Billy Sims. and it was AMAZING!!!!

My spouse and I dine in and order carry out from this restaurant frequently. The service and food never disappoint. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 young men THAT ARE ALWAYS WORKING when we visit the establishment. Friendly, efficient and they ALWAYS focus on the customer’s satisfaction. It’s rare to find this kind of service anymore. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Order a half rack of ribs and didn’t get that. For the money I spent I was pretty disappointed. They definitely scammed me on the amount of ribs they gave me. They also gave me two of the same sides which is just d**** Definitely a high moment on their part. Not impressed
Check $$ at restaurant; Jenks location did not honor website prices; paid $59 for rib zone family pack, not $49 as advertised; delivered meal as a gift so can’t comment on quality.

Can’t believe I paid $20. Service was par, wasn’t even ready when I got there, they just started to make it. The worker was moving very slow and my food looked like it was just thrown together but what can I expect, wasn’t even hot.
