The last two visits have been horrible. Horrible customer service. This time we stood there waiting 10 minutes on a worker who never even looked up to greet us. Her paperwork was more important than assisting a customer. We left with no purchase.

In addition to their fully customizable ice cream creations (made from a base of their made fresh in house daily ice cream ), they also offer Shakes, Sundaes, Ice Cream Cakes, Cookies, Brownies, fully customizable Cookie Cakes, and more! This locally owned and operated shop is located on the Jenks Riverwalk (with another location in Broken Arrow) and is run by the sweetest (pun intended) team of passionate bakers and decorators that bring the deliciousness and the FUN!

I WISH I could give this place 0 stars. I will never come here ever again. The service was beyond terrible. I waited a whole hour to not even move forward 3 feet. There were 5 people total working yet only two were actually doing something and yet those two people were hardly moving with any speed at all. I've never seen a milkshake made so slow or TOPPINGS literally put on ice cream slower. The place is cool - that's the only justice I could give this.

All was super runny. $30 for 4 of supposedly y'all's smallest for the kids and then it was super runny and no one liked it. Was pretty disappointing

Really friendly gal helped us and was very knowledgeable at her job and patient with our 2 boys, she mixed our concoction on the frozen slab and served us up a frozen treat, we had a great experience, highly recommend
