Paid for it online 31.00 at KFC in jenks got down there they said that my order needed to be paid for I showed them that my order had been paid for they said my money would be refunded within 24 to 72 hours I left with nothing said they'd give me 500 points what is my family supposed to eat you can't eat 500 points worst service ever.

No matter when you arrive, the service is great. The staff is friendly and they're always fast.Tonight, I got there right before close and they were out of everything except white meat. I wanted a bowl but there were no nuggets. They busted up a breast to make my bowl. WHAAAT?!!! Thank for the bowl!!

I have been coming here for many years. I was very disappointed in how it has changed. When we got there we seen about 5 or six employees out back I guess on a smoke break. We went in and order the all you could eat and they didn't have crispy chicken legs or thighs. The very unfriendly cashier said it would be about 15 minutes . We did get one leg and thigh to start. It has always been a very friendly and good place to eat. The food was always hot and fresh tasting. We probably won't be coming back here to eat. Also there were about 6 people waiting to pickup orders and one said he had called it in.

Jenks KFC was always good up until covid, and they dropped the buffet for awhile. Now that it’s back, it’s just not the same quality. Chicken is mushy & gross. Roy’s is much better, no thanks Jenks KFC, there’s a new sheriff in town.

I went through the drive-through. I wasn’t sure what I was wanting. The were no cars behind me and the person that was helping me was telling me to hurry up. Is there anything else you need didn’t like her town and that she was rushing me I ordered and went to the window, to pay. I was talking to the manager she was quite rude and I told her with that kind of attitude that I will not be back and she told me do you promise? Wow, I was baffled at the treatment who tells a customer that. I called the corporate they did not follow up. No one called, and nothing was done. I will never forget this treatment, and I have told my friends and family we’re not to go in Jenks for chicken but go to Tulsa. Unsatisfied customer.???????????????

Went to the KFC in Jenks for the first time.Although the restaurant could use some updating, it was very very Clean.The Staff were very friendly and efficient.The Chicken was fresh and hot as well as the choice's of sides.We both had the Buffet, to which the kitchen gets all your food direct from the kitchen and not the usual buffet table. And they are happy refilling your plate as much as you eat. Includes a drink and apple turnover.I would definitely give this KFC a 5 star + rating.
