Walked in. Took them 8 minutes to acknowledge me even though they pretended they didn't see me standing there. The heavy set white girl saw me when I walked in, but wouldn't acknowledge me, not even greet. Another employee with tattoos on his arms walked inside from the restroom, didn't greet, and didn't even care to say, "Hey, someone up front." Nothing. The shift supervisor I believe, was the one who took care of me. When the supervisor was going to hand me my bag, the big heavy set girl workin the drive thru made sure to grab it aggressively and smacked in on the counter without a thank you or anything..just flat out smacked it on the counter, almost as if she was making an indirect statement by that gesture. Even the supervisor saw that... but then had the nerve to charge me 27 cents for the barbecue when I asked for it after trying to be patient with these ppl. The service here is heinous. They should fire the big girl for her attitude, the tattooed dude, and re train the supervisor for not correcting these ppl. I do wonder if it's because I am Hispanic, why they didn't want to acknowledge me when I was the only one there. I'm not trying to pull that, but damn they couldn't have made things more evident. Fire these ppl. People with much better attitudes, along with a sense of professionalism, can do this job a thousand times better.

Got 2 decent size burgers for no less than 5$, Although The inside dinning is still a pleasant experience just like any other Burger King, The drive through lot needs some renovations and fixing because the speaker box and display signs were all messed up and janky but it didn’t impact the experience of my food and service.

Superb walk-in service during peak drive-thru traffic this evening! Crew worked like a machine with a smile. Food was hot and tasty, BUT lobby soda fountain had few available options and only one condiment. Food for Thought: Leadership is strong, but should consider influence over authority, and lighten up.overpowering than empowering

So the inside is barely used but I bike everywhere so I have to go inside. Usually this makes me look like one of the many Lawton zombies and staff at places sort of treat me as such, so I was surprised how little this BK cared. They just took my order, and even poured my drink for me. The inside wasn't ready for use at all though, none of the condiments were out, brooms were left out, and some of the lights were even off. The food was missing ingredients as well, unsalted fries and my rodeo burgers didn't come with sauce.

No line at the drive through at mid morning. Woman running the window was yelling angrily at other employees so I rolled my window up. Gave her a $20 bill for a $6 order. When she handed my order of two double ham, egg and cheese croissandwiches she thanked me and started closing the window. I stopped her and asked for my change. As I was rushing between medical appointments I opened one of the sandwiches and realized it was much smaller and lighter than a normal double, which is my go to breakfast choice always. Upon biting into it I realized the ham was ice freezer cold. Since there still were no customers at the drive thru I drove around to the speaker again. I explained I just got an order and wasn’t I supposed to get double eggs and cheese. The same person said “No… you got double meat”. I said well then you should know the ham was ice cold. Whereupon I left after the one time I will ever go to this Burger King. Gee I wonder why they had no customers inside or out.

I always order 3 lg fresh fries because their heavy hand on salt. The older lady dropped my fries and the guy a young white manager told her those fries are fresh then she said how long have they been sitting there he said not long then she responded how long he said 10min she responded that's not fresh. Then he got mad at her and said whatever. The lady stated the customer asked for fresh fries so I dropped her freshed fries I don't see what's the problem. Then she looked at me trying to explain. I told her no need. I heard the conversation because he made it obvious but I'm sorry because you have to work with that person.Parking: On Sheridan rd it was only a police officer sitting in his unit. And the lady with 3 kids leaving burger King.
