Rudest drive thru staff I have ever had to deal with

I arrived just before 10 o’clock and no one was around to take an order and no one would answer at the drive-through until it hit 10 o’clock and then they said they were closed, even though on the website It lists 12 AM as the closing time. Then When it did finally hit 10 o’clock, no one would come out they sent the youngest guy to wave and say no to me at the window. This store is not well-managed at all, no one takes responsibility, Or could even be kind and say that the hours are labeled online, and I will not be visiting again.

New girl at counter was sweet, but manager on duty was extremely rude and outspoken and huffy (literally) because they overcharged us and got our order wrong. He loudly spoke about us to the staff, even though it was their fault and we still ended up paying for 2 wraps we never ordered or received . Also, they took back the food they accidentally gave us, so I'm sure that went to someone else. Overall a horrible experience...and the bathroom was gross.

What a joke. Came in here with my stepdaughter..... they are out of most of the food that they are advertising on the windows, and on the menu. Plus the playplace is still closed. Need better management!!!!

Ketchup tasted watered-down otherwise everything was
Food was ok. Burger was not very fresh but fries were really good. Service was decent. The lobby, however, was trashed. It was 4pm, so plenty of time to have cleaned up after the lunch rush.

This is one of the better burger kings. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly the way it should. I did not want pickles and the order was correct. The place is clean, even the bathroom and the fountain coke machine actually worked with a new spooky Fanta flavor!
