First off let me say the staff is honestly working hard and are very professional. The food quality is the usual chick Fil a. I rate this location specifically two stars because the amount of time it takes to pump out an order. I was the 5th person in line and it was about 15 minutes to get to the front, afterward and I check my watch consistently, 45 minutes to get my order out, just a chicken sandwich and fries. I will never eat at this location again because of time. It would have been faster to drive to the stand alone chick Fil a in town and order.

This restaurant is not wearing masks. They yelled at my husband (who is immunocompromised) and my kids (too young to be vaccinated) to leave when my husband asked them to wear masks. ? We will not be returning if this restaurant is not following health guidelines.

Had a Mobil order put in at 11:49 and was in store waiting by 11:42 I had a notification that my order was ready and a team member was on their was well by 12:00 still no food when we asked about it they said it was sitting on the counter and they needed to bag it yet 4 people walked up and ordered and they had their food before we had ours this is the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to will not return and will tell everyone I know to make the drive to go to the one on chache road where they actually try to get your food on time
Even though the waffle fries were raw, I'm glad the chicken was cooked throughout.

Gave 2 stars only because they have great workers and good food with healthy choices.Low review because Chick-fil-A offers a 10% discount for service member’s at participating locations. Your located by one of the largest Army basic training bases and you don’t offer a discount. Understand this is the owners choice but I’ll choose to eat at one of the local small business vendors in the mall that offer a service member discount and support our troops.
