This place is not what it use to be!! My first time at this establishment was back in Aug. My friend passed away and I wanted to have a few beers. The bartender at the time not only did she brighten my day and made my night better, she made sure that I got a ride most places don't really do that. After that night sandi became my favorite bartender. I've been to most bars in Lawton there's only a few that comfortable vibe this was one of them. When you can walk into a bar and not have to remind the bartender your normal beer especially after the first visit that says a lot. Glens was my go to bar I recommended it to other's. My co-worker and I stopped by there was a little crowd took the bartender a min to ask what we were drinking got our drinks throughout the visit the bartender wouldn't stay off her phone, she didn't tend to the customers she talked to certain customers and not acknowledge others. Before we left I finally got her attention to ask if she can let the owner know how horrible the service was that night she did have a few nasty comments when I asked if Cristina or Sandi worked the next day. This was in the begining of Nov left my name and number guess Tommy never got it. I hate doing reviews on the internet never had to until now. In my opinion I don't see the doors staying open. you have employees who don't care about every customer that walks in the door when your employee rather drink and pay attention to their friends instead of everyone else that makes people want to leave and not come back. Your bartenders are the face of your business they are the ones who keep your doors open. My suggestions bring the other bartender back and better music and bud light draft.
