Ordered a giant big kahuna chicken. Got regular steak big kahuna, had to order two said it was cheaper cost more... first timer to jm. May have lost customer forever. Can't have steak... wouldn't fix problem...

We ordered a giant big kahuna chicken and we got something beef. I asked the girl 3 times if she got chicken on our order and also asked her if the $9.89 was for a giant. She always she "yes, I've got your order right". When i took my sandwich to them to show them it wasn't what we ordered, they were just like "ooops". They didn't offer to fix the problem. I'm on a beef restricted diet but we ate it anyway. I would never order your beef. It's not good. We had never been to a Jersey Mike's before. Not to sure that we will ever try it again

My go to for subs. Same price as subway, but so much better. THE JUICE! Plus their cheese steak and cheese chicken? Both are amazing. For if you're looking for protein the big cheese steak has over 90g.

Stopped by for dinner, staff was outside visiting a friend. As I walked in they also came in. They went straight to the deli slicer and started putting on gloves. I asked if they could wash their hands first, so they did. They had friendly attitudes and made my food quickly for me and suggested a few things about the menu for me. While ringing me up they did almost charge me for a larger sub than I had ordered. They quickly fixed it for me before I paid after I noticed the mistake. Over all an ok experience.

I've been here 3 times in 4 weeks! The team is great! They really hustle, the sandwiches are delicious and they are really enthusiastic! One of the best Jersey Mike's I've visited!Vegetarian options: They offer a portobello cheesesteak.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten-free bread.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps to access the front door.

Best Philly cheesesteak around! Awesome customer service, free sub on your birthday, and free chips and a drink on Wednesdays, with a sub purchase.
