Had a door dash delivery today. Upon getting my pizza my order was totally wrong. Especially my one pizza that was supposed to be a deep dish (supreme)witch I did not get!! Then it was replaced with a deep dish cheese. Upon eating that pizza the crust tasted soapy so I tried to call to complain about my order but it went straight to voicemail off of a cell number. So then I called the Little Caesars on Sheridan and a guy answered. upon having to repeat my self about 3 times he finally told me that there phones were down. then after that I asked if I could talk to the manager he told me he was the assistant manager but when I asked my questions all he could reply with is um.. um.. um.. um.. um.. and I'm... Thinking.........can they hire people that can do there dang job these day's also what I told the assistant manager. But also I've gotten pizza there several of times and there has been so much crazy stuff going on!!!!! so I think I'm gonna get a hold of corporate on this matter.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would me and my husband bought two pizza's and one of which was supposed to be a supreme pizza and they could not even get an order right and instead of supreme gave a cheese pizza that tasted like dish soap I mean like come on then when I go to tell them their phone is disconnected

Ordered the calzone, it only had sauce on one portion , I was not offered extra sauce . I ask for no pepperonis and extra cheese , there were pepperonis on it and very little if any ex cheese , I ate one portion and it was so dry I trashed the

Looks like these guys have joined the Sheridan Little Ceasars as becoming another minimal effort business. Once again their hot and ready pepperoni was clearly sitting around for hours and dried up. They didn't even check it beforehand, just passed it off on me. Nobody looked remotely happy to be there. I used to come here because sheridan started dropping the quality standards on their hot and ready's apparently there's nowhere to get cheap decent pizza now.Since they keep raising the price of the original $5 hot and ready to what is now over $7 and yet the quality is worse than it was back in the day.

I tried calling 4 times around 9-930. I then went in it's about 30 mins before closing. I asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas. The pizzas they tried to give me were dry I asked if they can make 2 fresh ones. Their answer was we closed the ovens. Don't go here unless you want dry ass pizza.

Been loyal customer for years but quality has gone way down over last 18 months or so. If order custom pizza 50/50 chance it's wrong. Until recently I haven't said anything because we live outside of town, but this last time I brought it up & they were polite & made replacement, but it was wrong also. I said just said forget it and took wrong pizza because I had frozen groceries in car & they already made me wait 20 minutes past when they told me to be there to pick up. They have gotten skimpy on everything except pepperoni. If you order ham your lucky if each slice has 3 little pieces on it. Really gotten sad & probably going to start looking for different pizza place.
