Worst takeout experience ever! They transferred my order to DoorDash even though I never ordered through DoorDash and the Dasher couldn’t come on a military post. He left my food at the gate and I had no way of getting it. DoorDash nor Marco’s would refund me my money and the manager was so rude about the whole situation as if it was my fault.

I love going to Marcos because when I call they always have the right flavor in the right taste of pizza and it's not dry it's not hard but you make it just the way I like it the right seasonings and it has the right flavor and it's got the right cheese on there where it's cheesy and the crust is just. RightVegetarian options: There are people out there there are vegetarians out there too and there are so ones that are carnivores they love me and they have a lot of people out there that like both and all kinds of vegetables and all meat. My. Favorite. Exert. Cheese. Exert. PineappleDietary restrictions: It is with less than a little bit less salt and also a little bit less seasoning cuz there's diabetics out there that can't have any sugar and they can't have anything when people are have high blood pressure high cholesterol they cannot have a lot of Grease or any oil and the bread and everything they have to have very little of the dough because being a diabetic with high cholesterol or the high blood pressure cuz I cannot have that much dough and they can't have much of things like that when it comes down to the cholesterol and it's from the bread to having anything of that sort of any cholesterol dough. In diabetics can't have any they have to have sweet and low or something that has less sugarKid-friendliness: The kids they appreciate and they're very happy when they get two pizzas slices of pizza or they get a small little pizza cuz with a cookie and also when they get to have a little cheese bread with the kind of soda or juice or including milk chocolate milk or also whole milk.Wheelchair accessibility: It's always good when the wheelchairs or anybody in the walkers could get up on the ramp through the drive-thru when they had the ramps and also when it goes all the way up when the rails when people have a lot of problems with the bones and also when they turn around they can also push the button to open the door and have something like that when it comes down to the handicap handicap accessories of the bathrooms when you can make it a little bigger and also when they can go in there instead of putting the purse on the hook on very top always put it on the side where they can use the restroom and put the purse there

So I placed an order. I was charged but then received a call after about 12 minutes from Jaylyn saying I’m not in the delivery zone. So at this point there was nothing that could be done but refund me. They couldn’t even just have a driver bring it since THEY messed up. When I gave my address this should’ve been found out, not after charging my card! Worst Service! Seriously worst attempt of making right what they messed up! So nowww my children hungry waiting on a new pizza order ?

Have ordered from here many times but tonight, we pre-ordered a pizza 45 mins prior to scheduled pick up time, only to be told it was just being made when the pick-up time came around. We sat for another 15 mins and went to check on our order and they could find no ticket for it. People were waiting 1+ hrs for their orders so we opted for a refund and walked out. The manager was way over her head, causing disarray throughout the store. Customer service was terrible, not only for us but many others who ordered.
Ordered delivery and was called to say they didn’t have a driver who was allowed on post…. Then they asked us to pickup our pizza which was fine, but only removed the delivery fee but not the delivery tip. I can see why so many others rate this place 1 star as well.

Place used to be nice until DEI hiring filled the place full of absolute morons. Name on order is frequently wrong. Sometimes there's only 2 people working and one will screw up the order even if it's taken down properly. Then there's the issue of them not applying coupon codes. Isn't Wakanda wonderful?

Subs do not look like the picture. Meats should be folded to make a double layer, but they lay a single layer flat with no overlap. They use to be better but a big disappointment now. Will never order again.
