Girl at window was so rude. But that doesnt say much...the whole staff everytime we go here is complete garbage. The food is usually cold or like last time they dumped salt and pepper all over the burger we got...it was inedible. Imho they should fire the whole crew and find better workers. Sadly its almost impossible to find good help in Lawton, OK.

Allergic to mustard and specifically asked no mustard, gets mustard on both the burgers, receives a half empty fry container and then when I go back to tell them I need my food remade bc I’m allergic to mustard I get attitude. No McDonald’s is truly good, it’s cheap and most ppl hate their lives working there, but I’d recommend cache McDonald’s over Sheridan.

I do not usually complain, but this order was not what I expected from McDonald's. I ordered a Fish Meal and cookies. The fish and the fries were cold and the sandwich looked as though someone had thrown it together from across the room. I asked for bottled water and was given a large cup of tap water instead. I would have gladly paid the difference between choosing bottled water versus a soda for the drink. The cookies were good.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have rated that. Puller to drive thru with 2 cars in front of me and operator said they weren’t allowed to take anymore orders. I mean if you’re not allowed to take any orders then why are you still serving food. Last I was there I waited in line for 20 mins for just a 6 piece nugget, they are also very stingy with their sauce to the point they charge for extra. Will NEVER come here again.
GIRRLLUHHH! Let me start by saying they ALWAYS get my order wrong… and the girl with the bugged eyes and crusty braids ALWAYS has an attitude! I’m very kind to fast food workers because I been there and it’s not an easy job. BUT how you mad at me because YALL forgot something or got my order wrong. I definitely will be driving the extra time just to go to another McDonald’s.

First, the staff could not fathom that I wanted ice water, not bottled water. Second, they asked me to pull up the third window, then forgot about me for almost 15 minutes. I honked my horn to get their attention, because I couldn’t leave my car, then they brought out my order immediately. Third, they also messed up my order, so I overpaid for a double quarter, when I only got a single.
