I was about to beat the manager and the cashier up very poor customer service they haven’t change the grease so the hash browns are disgusting by the way the manager is a thief I’ve seen him stealing alcohol from the liquor store before I wouldnt trust him at all

will NEVER have our business again after my fiancé bit into this while we were eating breakfast this morning and then the manager i spoke to wanted to get upset at how i was speaking lol like umm excuse me ill speak how i want when my fiancé just bit into a damn screw!!

Went in as I do often. Ordered big mac meal with large coke. When I was done I asked if I could get refill of water instead of coke and was told that I had to pay for water even though I just payed for coke. Was told that i would not get water and if I did not like it I could leave. This McDonald's has the worst service I have ever been to. I have been in customer service most of my like and I am 63 years old. If any of my managers had acted that way to a customer they would be the one heading out the door. It is just amazing to me that if you go to the McDonald's on the west end of Lawton the employees seem to be excellent at customer service.

Very nice and clean inside. The service was quick, friiendly and well organized. My burger was actually in the bun, fries were fresh and nuggets were nice and crispy. I'm so glad and lucky to be able to enjoy mcdonlads again.
