My whole order was wrong, and the people of the drive-thru they got mad because i was explaining that I didn’t order that, and they tell me dis you know we have time per car on our window, and if i like to correct the order i can come in because they need to help the next customer, i call the restaurant and they told me if i like i can place a complaint with my ticket.

Easy to go through the drive thru. Parking lot gets a little bunched up with people at the gas station and drive tru. One thing I will say is, I was surprised when I asked for water in cup they said they would have to charge me. Since when do we pay for water? Absolutely ridiculous. Love their iced coffee.
We truly enjoyed the service and food here ? I just wished we had dine in ? Next time for sure ?? great staff inspite of being overwhelmed with the breakfast rush ? Thank you McD for a always giving great service ? ?????

Worker named Mason, was rude and has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The fact that this employee has a job absolutely baffles me. Me and my family were ignored in the drive thru window. We’ve had more than one encounter with this worker. We were turned away from drive thru due to “too many orders” management please do something about this employee I’ve never felt so disrespected by an employee in my life

Service slow still. Waited over 10 minutes for a pickup order. Ordered no salt fries and still had a ton of salt on them. It's understandable to have a little but not doused in salt. The person working the 1st window was so very nice. They know how to greet customers and interact with people.
