This location makes good pizzas and has never messed up on any of our orders. The have a drive through pickup window on the side which his handy, however there's usually only 1 friendly employee on shift out of 8 or 10, and the inside usually looks like it everything needs a good scrubbing. There's ample seating available on the inside, but the chairs, tables, and atmosphere are not comfortable or inviting. Updating the harsh florescent overhead lighting, adding some ambient music, and/or updating the seating arrangement and chairs would help quite a bit. Also, there's no sign for the business from either of the two busy streets intersecting there (Cache Rd & Sheridan Rd) & the lights are mostly burnt out on their sign above the entrance door so it's not the easiest to find if you're new to the area unless you use Google maps. They are the only Papa John's in town now, so I'll definitely be going back. :)

Papa John's Pizza, located at 2112 NW Cache Rd., Lawton, OK 73505, has left me utterly disappointed. Throughout my 48 years on this planet, I have never experienced such terrible treatment from a pizza restaurant. On September 30, 2023, I eagerly placed an order for a Papa John's pizza. My wife and I were looking forward to a delicious meal. However, our excitement quickly turned into shock when we opened the box to find an almost raw pizza. The toppings were falling off, resembling water gushing out of a pipe. I immediately called the shop and spoke with Ariel, the manager. To my surprise, her response to my complaint was, "There's always Little Caesars." Her lack of professionalism and empathy caught me off guard and left me feeling both startled and angry. I questioned her about this remark, and she simply suggested that I should have ordered from Little Caesars instead. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her rude and unacceptable comment. Without any prompting from me, she offered to refund my money but refused to remake the pizza. It appears she assumed I would just settle for Little Caesars. I explained to Ariel that I had paid her driver in cash and had no means of transportation to go to the store for a refund. However, she declined my request to have the driver bring the money back. To my disbelief, Ariel started yelling at me and even stating “I refuse your business.” She slammed the phone down and shouted, "Have a Sh*** night!" Her behavior disgusted me to the core. She was dismissive, impolite, and downright rude. I will never place another order from Papa John's again. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Papa John's to think twice. Lawton offers numerous other pizza joints with superior cuisine and service. Don't waste your time and money on a place that treats its customers so poorly.

We ordered 2pizzas and bread sticks the only good thing was bread sticks pizza was so soggy topping just fell off wasn't cooked all the way would not recommend to anyone.

The food was absolutely delicious I love the boneless wings garlic Parmesan they were big not like the other like Pizza Hut or Domino's I mean big big ordered a 30 piece and pizza the all meat pizza like looked awesome I enjoyed it the double chocolate chip brownie was good but the main thing problem was the team member I couldn't hardly understand what he was saying during my order I had to say come on say again had a hard time knowing what he said by his language speak loud though but don't want it that loud but other that it went through okay but the delivery guy no offense forgot to give me my receipt of everything I ordered I wanted to see the cost of everything but it's fine hopefully next time when I order they'll remember it because I really wanted to see how much of the food I order led I know the boneless wings I looked up online it like 27 dollars for 30 pcs next time I'll do 15 but anyways I enjoyed it loved it overall so good to try there even they is a little expensive depending on what you order so still 4/5 but still great

I've always grew up eating papa johns, so when I moved from Dallas up here to lawton. I was so excited to try it. Spent $60 bucks. It was awful, I was so mad. The pizza wasn't cooked fully, I ordered bacon and blk olives there were 3 olives on the pizza on 1 slice. Didn't even see the bacon. Wasn't cooked all the way. No sauce when I ordered 5. Which they charge a $1 for. Cheese sticks were soggy. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. Not exaggerating either!! Awful. Lost my business!!
