Stopped in to order lunch today. Stood at the counter for a little over 12 minutes and never got waited on the whole time. Was looked at several time but was never spoken to. Three more people walked out after me. Your place has poor customer service. Someone need to talk to the manager if there is one

I placed my order on the app, and it told me it was almost ready on my way there. It took 30 mins to get my order, I got home, and more than half my order is missing, and they gave me everything wrong. I tried contacting customer support and the store to keep getting run arounds. The number listed on the website says that the store number is disconnected. The app customer service wouldn't give me my money back, but instead, 5 dollars on another order. I've contacted them numerous times, and still no resolution. I definitely will not be coming back. The service has gone down the drain and on top of it all the food wad freezing cold. It's a shame that customer satisfaction and doing your job correctly is a thing of the past. Definitely won't be spending my hard earned money here anymore!

The food was amazing, the guy who took are order was awesome but it was so cold in there we were freezing as we ate. I ate the 2 piece chicken and my friend had the same then ordered at 20 piece to go.

So the reason for my review has nothing to do with the food but the service by an employee. I walked in on 3/4/2024 inquiring to speak with a manager about an application all to be laughed at and disrespected by a black manager telling me we’re not hiring and then rolled her eyes. Even though I know they are because 1 it was posted on indeed and 2 because a good friend of mine knows the managers and were told that they were hiring. I politely said thank you and walked out. You shouldn’t have someone as a manager or working for you who doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. And then on top of that she was eating. And there was another customer there who saw the whole thing. I usually let things go but at the end of the day that’s now how business should be run and I’m glad I will not be working for an establishment like that. She was rude and very unkind. Popeyes do better with who you hire to represent your business. People like that don’t need to work with the public if they can’t show kindness and respect.
Doordash customer want honey and hot sauce with there order...And the small Mac was too small witha big price!

We got the 3 piece spicy combo & mac & cheese. The food was hot & tasty. The only mild disappointment was the type of chicken we got: a wing, a drumstick, a portion of the back. What ever happened to getting breasts or thighs? The macaroni & cheese was delicious, but pricey!!
