MINUS 100 BILLION STARS. The WORST staff. The WORST service. The manager has the most arrogant attitude. I have seen him be RUDE to patrons. One little worker... I wish I had her name....blonde hair...should really be avoided. She's just so judgemental and arrogant that it's hard to place an order when she's in. She oozes condescension. There is no politeness or thoughtfulness displayed at this location. If you want to have a coffee and sit then do not expect to stay longer than 10 minutes or you will QUICKLY be ostracized for taking up their chairs. Go to any other location. Go to McDonalds which is right next door. No one I know recommends going here.

The Starbucks is literally the worst Starbucks intown it's always something with them whether it be messing up a drink the attitudes or not taking cash payments it's always got to be something so just avoid the stress and go to the best Starbucks in town on 82nd Street

We arrived at 8:40 pm (The restaurant is open until 9:00 pm) Drive tru didn't answer, the doors were closed, the restaurant was closed and three workers were sitting inside, they said they would not accept. They sat and ate and refused

This used to be the best Starbucks in Lawton but my last few visits have been terrible. If I’m paying $7 for a coffee, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for them to throw a little extra creamer in to make it taste how it normally does but the workers have been rude to me just for asking for simple corrections like that. And if I’m paying $1.25 for cold foam, the cold foam should actually be there! It’s really upsetting to spend that much money on top of tipping and get terrible service/coffee

Always very busy and a long line that keep people waiting. But other then their parking or drive through lot is to small for the amount of business they bring about everyday. Solid place to get your fix of Starbucks if you need claim down the carving inside you

Latte was good. Bum in the store was off-putting and having to ask for a code to go into the restroom was over the top.Edit: bum is dealing drugs out of the bathroom, thought that might be helpful.
