It was busy, lunch time , about 12 o clock, I went in for a tuna 6 in. Sub, and they gave me one scoop of tuna. Very sad! You should get 2 scoops of tuna on a 6 inch. Lol and they call these guys professionals! What a hoot! Done! I'm done with Subway on east cache rd.

ordered online so it’s literally right in front of you yet missing two ingredients asked for but overloaded the salt to where it’s all I taste. ridiculous. employees chit chatting and laughing more than paying attention to the customers who come in. call the other dude to come hand me an order that’s literally sitting right next to her, so she can continue her conversation

Not worth the money ?. My friend ordered a roast beef toasted. It was 13 dollar's after taxes. My god I could have bought a pound of good sliced roast beef at the deli, 6 hoagie rolls and all the fixings for $13 lol ?. I'll make my own sandwich,thank you !

Dinner and a show!! Got our food for dine in and a gentleman behind us is in the process of getting arrested. The food has been great along with the show. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this location. On a serious note. Staff is super friendly always very helpful and freshness is on point.

Worst Subway we’ve been to. From now on, we will just go to the one on base. Our order wasn’t correct, but when we called, the employee developed an attitude and wanted to argue. They forgot to put cheese and other toppings, but the employee wouldn’t admit it even though our food was right in front of us. The other employee said, “just hang up on them” before hanging up on us.

On 11/17/22 at approximately 7pm my friend and I visited this location. Two staff members were present. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. However, the lady was very unfriendly and completely uninterested in providing good customer service. Aside from her generally rude disposition, upon asking for avocado, she shook her head and rudely replied, "That's gonna cost extra." The whole interaction with her was cringeworthy. She needs to change her attitude or perhaps not work in customer service.Also, this location will not give you a free water. They charge you $2.49 for a fountain drink. My friend just wanted a water because he was feeling dehydrated. Combined we spent over $30 on this visit - it isn't like we were trying to be cheap.And the CC terminal suggests an 18% tip? Are you kidding? I left a tip intended for the gentleman who also helped us. I should have handed it to him in cash. That lady deserved nothing. And the franchise owner needs to knock it off being a tight cheapskate with the water. You are ridiculous.I won't ever be back.P.S. I sometimes spend more than $500 monthly at a single subway location. It won't be yours.

I went here on Wednesday Aug 24th; around 15:30, and I would like to thank the two ladies and young man that was working that day. They all had positive attitudes, and were very amazing at their job. I was having a horrible day that day, and couldn't think straight, and all three of them was very understanding. Every time I would mess something up; they would tell me I was just fine not to worry about it. They made my day so much better, and they had no idea that I was even having a bad day!
