Constantly late on ALL app orders. Regularly missing items becuase "we got busy" while one dude just stand around making excuses. Have not had a single order in 6 months on time. Almost always 20-30 minutes after ready time, soft drinks are often below expectation, and may or may not have cookies made (remember that wait time? NOT ONE INCLINATION TO START ANY). Cant refund items, but recommend you come back 40 minutes later, after its already 30 minutes late.

I drove about 20-30 minutes to come to this subway because it was my most favorite and cleanest one in Lawton. I waited in line and took a lot of time to have them make me three sandwiches. After all that waiting they had messed something up where the card reader wasn’t working and was never told before hand. All of a sudden I was told you can’t use card you need to go get cash. I said I do not have cash only card and they said we can’t sell you or give you the sandwiches that was already made and would be thrown away. Completely sad ? because those sandwiches were for my elderly parents. It was sad because me and my parents was punished for something that could have been avoided and not our fault. I hope management recognizes this and doesn’t allow subway to have a bad name. But after coming to this subway for many many years I will not be coming back.

This location is far and above the friendliest, cleanest, highest quality Subway I've ever visited. I wish all the locations were this fantastic.

Ordered delivery and they left off part of the sandwich ingredients tho it was on the receipt. Also, the smallest sandwich I've EVER gotten at a Subway. And no way to contact them by phone. I talk ALL day at work, the absolute last thing I want to do is talk on a phone.
