Taco bueno refuses to put ground beef on anything. They act like they have the last batch of taco meat in the world. Staff is atleast having a roaring time at work! Total waste of money. Go to taco casa. This place sux.

We went thru drive thru on 12-27-23 around 5:20 ish and the girl was incredibly rude. She asked if we needed a receipt and I said please and she got a worse attitude. I asked her at beginning if I could please get some pico for my two muchacos and when we got order-there wasn't any so we got her attention and was very nice and said we didn't get any pico-she never said a word and it was obvious she had a major attitude and came back with one but we didn't say anything and just left. Got home and this is what muchacos looked like! Almost 10.00 for the trash!!! I wish Management would review footage and see how this girl is representing their business!! As for me-I won't be going back!!
The food was decent but the place was not very clean. Also the "sauce bar" was pretty empty and nasty.Only two workers there at the time.

The food is great but not the employees, there has been countless times we asked for sour cream etc. but we never get it. I have to ask again at the window and all I see is an annoyed face, like if your job is that miserable just quit. Other people need your job who can probably do it better. Taco Bueno management please do yourself a favor and get better employees, don’t settle for less. I don’t wanna see such a good restaurant get shutdown because of poor customer service and communication between employees and customers. Hope this was helpful ?

Visited this establishment on Sunday around 11 am. To start- you walk in and the whole dine in area was messy, every table had food, crumbs or napkins on it. Placed our order to which was wrong (management did however make it right with the exception of sour cream which we did not receive on any of our taco supremes after asking once when ordered and again when remade). The salsa bar was DESTROYED from what had to of been the night prior, everything was low and atleast a day old. The restrooms… trash overflowing onto the ground, no TP.Literally the night crew from Saturday must of not cared one bit about there job or this place. Would not recommend (especially if you done in)

We're not near a Taco Bueno anymore, so stopping through is almost mandatory, but as is with most of the Taco Buenos the service is lacking, especially in the friendly professional category. We literally were stared and snarled at by the help and then provided the wrong items like the tea being sweet instead of unsweet, can be overlooked as long as the food was on point and it was this time.

Pictured here is THREE WHOLOTTA BOXES. 30 crispy tacos and 6 burritos all in plastic bags. No mention of being out of boxes OR salsa. Didn't offer queso in replacement of the salsa, but definitely charged me $3.49 for one. This is $69 worth of food all shoved into two plastic bags. Most tacos broken. Never again and will NOT be back. No communication about any of this either. Had to drive back through for them to tell me they were out. Didn't get any spoons for the rice or beans either. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!
