In the process of moving here and so excited to see there’s a Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I ordered online, went in to pick up. There is an area for pick for online orders but it was empty. Older gentlemen says “What are you here for? You ordering, picking up, what?” Responded my last name and that I was picking up an online order. He got my order from the back, tossed it to the counter and said “There ya go.” I’m really hoping it was just an “off” day and the interaction will be totally different next time.

I stop in on a daily basis most weeks their smoothies are always awesome and the food is great. If you want something healthy this is your place to go. Granted it's a little slow but I'd take the wait due to the food being so good.

I don't want some electronic germ ridden thing handed to me in the drive thru. Take my payment and give me my product. If I want to get personal and intimate I'll come in and push all the buttons you want me too. Please stop this as I'll stop coming here. You've taken something convenient and added something unnecessary to it. PLEASE RE-THINK THIS

I go here 2-3 times a month when I'm in Lawton, for the last year now. I have always been a huge tropical smoothie fan but this location is the WORST one I have ever been to... The bathrooms NEVER, ever work, not even once. The employees all look and act like they hate their lives... absolutely noone is friendly or hardly even says a word. And the bananas are so black and gross looking I cannot bring myself to get my favorite drink anymore. I don't plan on going back... way too many times walking out of their building irritated, ill take my money elsewhere.
I was craving a smoothie this was the place I was referred to by some locals, kinda spend but was a great smoothie. Thank you

Wonderful, refreshing , and plenty of smoothie options to choose from. Clean establishment, very friendly staff. Definitely worth a try , especially in the summer time.

Ordered doordash from them a few times now and only once have they actually given me what I had ordered, the wraps are correct, not good but nonetheless correct (i do recommend the Flatbread tho) I had ordered a banana to go with it and it was all mushed inside and browned, and the outside was still very green so i couldn't have eaten it anyway, I had also paid extra for a edible straw and it didn't come with my order, in my previous order I had ordered a banana, they gave me an apple, I work a job where I don't get an actual break to eat so to get that is very disappointing.
