They did a great job taking my order. Fast and friendly. Paid with the app, but there was lots of confusion. Employee not trained. Told to pull around and wait for the order, then asked to move again. Waited way too long; then, the order was brought out incomplete. Continued to wait until they returned with the rest. It was not a great experience. They were very disorganized.
It wasn't what I expected! I believe there was a homeless person sitting in the dining area. My order wasn't made up right. Ingredients were missing when asked everything on my burger. I got a cup of mayonnaise to put it on myself. Cashier didn't seem all that friendly.

Visiting the area from New Jersey, and hear a lot of great things about Whataburger but have never visited since it's not on the east coast. Wow. It really does live up to the hype!! We don't have that kind of service at fast food restaurants in Jersey. Everyone was kind and attentive. Better yet, the food was incredible. Not sure how this location holds up to others, but we were impressed. Thank you!
