Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves, but this is the new America. Poor quality. No work ethic. No drive. Ordered a sonic blast and got a cup full of ice cream with a tablespoon of butterfinger sprinkled on top. What a horrible place. To the owner “you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself, I can tell what type of person you are by the way you allow this place to run. Just a filthy type of human”. Can’t blame the employees because you probably don’t pay them enough money due to greed and in Biden’s economy, they can’t afford anything anyway.

The order taker/person that brought me my order, "Liz" was EXTREMELY rude this evening. I ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches with no pickles, cheddar bites, cheddar peppers, a shake and a sweet tea. Both sandwiches had pickles, which wasn't her fault because she did order them correctly, but the kitchen did not prepare them correctly. She did mess up the order by ordering cheese tots when I ordered cheddar bites. When I asked her to correct the order she became rude, walked away, got the cheddar bites and almost tossed them into my car and walked off. When I told her she was being rude she shrugged, smirked, and walked into the building. I spoke with a man who identified himself as the manager "Bradley" who stated she will "have a talking to" while smiling. This attitude from this location was like nothing I've ever witnessed from our small town Sonic before. I've lived in Luther for 23 years and have never encountered such rudeness from this Sonic staff, EVER. I feel she needs more than just a talking to and when dealing with such issue the manager should not have a smile on his face as if being condescending or placating the customers. I hope this issue is rectified quickly. This location has definitely gone straight to hell in a handbasket! What a shame for our town. *SMH*

Staff was polite & gave a warm welcome whn they gretd u. Always luv sonic food ~ one of my fave places 2 eat ~ get a kool dessert or even chill out wit their infinity combinations of drinks. But was a bit diapointd last night wit my order. My husband stop n btwen 6pm ~ 8ish or so 4 me on his way home from work. My order was a #1 cheeseburger meal ~ wit mustard tots & lrg coke along wit a foot long. Well not only were the tots half stale & taste like they been sit under heat lamps 4 a dy or so but my cheeseburger had no mustard & it lookd like a sloppy hot mess!! Just sayn!!Kid-friendliness: Menu offers a variety of option of food 4 even the pikeyest of kids!! Along wit a good selection of healthy foods as well.

I ordered by mobile and drove 7 mins to get there. Upon arrival we sit there for an additional 10 mins. We waatch a tall gentleman leave. All a sudden in my rear view mirror 3 employees exit a smoke filled truck then walk into the establishment. 7 mins later one of those employees bring our ice cream to the truck. The order was wrong and hardly any candy in the ice cream! It is always something with this location every time we go. Where are the managers and why is it okay all employees are smoking in a truck while people wait on their items? And there was no other vehicles there besides ours.

Ordered our food, and while eating my blast I found not 1 but 2! Pieces of sharp plastic, I choked on one of them and dumped it out and found a second. The other blast did not have anything in it thankfully. Glad it wasn't my son that got the plastic shards. I did let them know of the issue they guy on the phone was nice about the issue and guaranteed it wouldn't happen again.

Card reader didn't work at stall. Gave the carhop my card to run, she takes it and goes to her friends car and started to talking to them with my card...waited a sec and called to her , hey can I get my card back , makes me real uncomfortable that you have my card talking to your friend...she was very unprofessional. Tonisha came out after the girl went to run my card and she was very sweet and understanding, she needs to train her coworker in customer service.

food sucked, not high expectations but didn't even meet the low standards got a rt44 drink with light ice and was full to the brim with ice and would not refill or get me another drink as I took a few sips and was gone. ignoring call buttons
