Bathrooms were disgusting and had just been mopped. Out of paper towels. Seemed like they just hosed it down or something it was flooded. It reeked of urine. I can smell the urine on my Hey Dudes in the car and I’m about to throw them out at the next stop :(. Compared to Buc-ees that was a construction site porta potty. Both trash cans outside were overflowing with trash and couldn’t be used. Only 1 slice of pizza available but I would never eat the food from this location.

this place needs to get their pumps looked at. i only use E88 and the pumps have been so insanely slow it’s unreal. took me half an hour to pump 20 bucks

I was rather disappointed when visiting this Casey’s when traveling through McAlester this morning. My dad and I were filling up the tanks of our two vehicles when an older female employee with short gray hair came out and became belligerent with us for filling up our two vehicles from the same pump. After the encounter, she went inside and shut off our pump before we could finish filling up. While inside, she began ranting to other people in the store about us and my mother (who was inside) overheard the lady complaining about us. I’ve visited many Casey’s General Stores and tend to expect respectful customer service when stopping. Unfortunately that was not seen today. I hope this store can find more valuable team members in the future who better embody the company’s values.

The pumps are either so slow its not worth your time or just don't work and there is nothing posted on the pumps letting customers now. I've stopped by here twice in the last month due to convenous and ended up finding another gas station in both instances.I watched other people run into the same issues and moving to other pumps to see if they could get one to work before getting pissed off and going down the road. I'm not sure what's changed as I have used this station for years with no issues.If you're traveling through McAlester do yourself a favor and find another gas station to save yourself frustration and time.
