I'm going to be honest, but as objective as I can.There was one waitress for the whole cafe, she was overworked as every table was full. When she finally got to our table and asked us our drinks, she stopped us mid sentence and said she had to get another table first.She eventually came back and got our drink order. We got our drinks fairly quickly, and then she promptly walked away to another table, we had to wait another 10 minutes or so before we could order our food.My wife ordered the hot beef and told the waitress about her gluten allergy and specifically asked for no toast. When we got our food, the wife's food had toast on it, we flagged the waitress down and showed her the problem, the waitress took it back to the kitchen and brought the same plate and food back without the toast on it. All they had done was remove the toast that was under the meat.My wife explained the problem again. The waitress took it away and came back a few moments later and said that they were out of that dish. So, with my wife's limited options, she wasn't able to eat.The chicken fried steak I had was ok at best, I did not finish it.

I wanted to write something nice, I really did.Every time we come here, we do not get waited on hardly at all. You have to flag someone down or go to the front for a coffee refill. It has happened more than once. :/
